This story is born with my grandfather
who had a store and worked with
the most famous gastronomy chefs
like Trois Gros brothers.
I worked in my grandfather’s store each
summer vacation when I was young.
There I learnt who is a customer and
how anticipate their needs.
Few decades later, I travelled to Asia
and discovered how people there love
the French countryside with champagne,
wines, gastronomy, fabulous castles
and medieval history.
One day I dreamed and I built the way
to have the unique view from the sky,
the unique culinary experience,
the unique wine tasting
and champagne experience,
the unique place to welcome
you and your family.
